Hot-living is a new urban quarter located in the container port area in central Lisbon harnessing new urban life by creating new working and living communities centred around a large public space for congregation whilst sharing finite water, energy and food resources. People subscribe to the hot-living model and tap into contextual environmental opportunities for supporting a new resource conscious community and help create a strong urban identity.
